At last!

An unbiased and easy to understand course that takes the mystery and intimidation out of investing and provides the information you need to make confident and empowered decisions about your money!

Now you can learn the basics to empower you to become a more capable and skilled investor and get on track to reach your financial goals.

Do any of the following sound familiar?

You have been meaning to become more involved with your investing for years, but you just don’t know where to start and never get around to it?
You have a constant nagging feeling that one day you will need to take over your financial management (maybe during a crisis) that a family currently member handles, but you keep delaying involvement?
You know that you could get better returns if you invested your money, but you keep it in the bank because you don’t know anything about investing and it feels safe there (although after inflation it is likely losing money each year)?
You have been unhappy with the results you have gotten from your financial advisor, but you don’t feel you have the confidence or knowledge to interview and evaluate someone to replace him, or you don’t want to hurt his feelings (especially if he is a friend)?
You have different accounts and the thought of getting an organized structured plan for all of them seems too overwhelming because you are not exactly sure how and where each one is invested?
You have been told that you just have to ride out the market swings but for the past ten years you have done that and made very little return on your investments (if you did not sell near the bottom and buy back in near the top, which means you had huge losses)?
You know you are probably spending a lot more than you should on investment fees, and even though your returns have not been good, you at least trust your advisor not to steal your money?

What do all of these concerns have in common?

They all point toward the ability to manage your money from a place of knowledge and confidence. More importantly, they point to learning how to invest your money in a way that leads to the life that you want for yourself and your family; a life that gives you financial security.

Right now you may be saying “This all sounds right, but I just don’t have time to spend picking stocks or even funds, or I want to use an advisor to do all of this for me!” The good news is that being a capable and informed investor doesn’t mean that you must select your own investments; It means that you make a deliberate decision about whether you will invest your money or hire someone to do it, and then take action on that decision from a solid foundation of knowledge and capability. I am going to take you through a plan that will help you know exactly which one you want to do, and lay the foundation for you to move forward with confidence.

If you are already working with an advisor, then you will walk into the next meeting more informed than ever before and with a list of questions that you have thought to ask based on your new level of knowledge. If you want to select your own funds, whether mutual, index or private funds, then your understanding of the types of funds will have increased dramatically. And if you have decided that you want to do your own security selection, then you will have a solid foundation before creating and implementing your strategy.

Regardless of the method you chose, why is it so important that you learn the basics of investing your money?

No one else cares about your money as much as you do. If your stock broker, advisor, or mutual fund manager loses your money, he may lose a client; but for you, at best, you would need to lower your lifestyle, and at worst, you could lose your home and your ability to have basic provisions such as food and shelter.
No one is responsible for your money but you! Repeat – no one is responsible for your money but you! When you use fund managers or financial advisors it can seem like someone else is responsible for your money, but since you are the one who will suffer if your money is gone, then you are the one ultimately responsible for your money, not them.
If you are going to hire someone to do something, you must have a minimum amount of knowledge to make the best decision about who to hire for the job. This is true whether it is a school to educate your child, or a contractor to build your home. Why in the world would the same not be true for your money?
Money is the basis of everything tangible that you have and you provide. Money provides food and shelter, education, family vacations, more time (because you can hire the help you need to free your time) and aid for those in poverty and despair. How, then can your wealth management not warrant a few hours of your time?

If you have wanted to create financial goals and begin investing your money, you may have become discouraged or even overwhelmed because you just didn’t know where to start. You may feel unsure because you do not clearly understand the difference between a stock and a bond, and why you would even consider investing in either. You may have read some investing books, but they seemed either overly simple or confusing, or maybe they contradicted each other. You may have talked with a financial advisor or read about a fund you thought would be a good investment, but the marketing information they provided about their service or product was full of graphs and data that was not familiar to you. And you may not even be sure what you can reasonably expect from your investment returns anymore, especially given the sheer craziness of the financial markets over the past few years!

This is exactly where my background really comes in, as I have been there and done that for well over two decades from exactly where you stand – as an investor myself. I have done the products and services thing from just about every angle and with just about every type of product and professional, including private money managers, registered financial advisors, stock brokers, hedge fund managers, mutual funds, CPA’s, CFP’s, insurance products, commodity limited partnerships, indexes, etf’s, small business and real estate investing. I have also been an individual investor choosing my own stocks and funds, and continue to personally invest. I have created this course to share with you what I have learned along the way from both my mistakes and my successes, and my many, many resources.

The good news is that I am not trying to get you to buy an investment product or let me manage your money. That is not what I do; I educate and motivate. What I want to do is teach you to make your own decisions with confidence and peace. I want you to choose a fund or investment from a place of clarity, or I want you to walk into that meeting with your advisor knowing what questions to ask and how to be a competent steward of your money, not walk in with the feeling that your advisor is totally holding your family’s future in her hands.

In addition to my real world experience, I have an unending passion for researching investing methods and strategies. This has led me to hundreds of books, programs and courses over the years, none of which had all of the answers, but many of which had nuggets of invaluable information. My education and professional experience include a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting, work as an energy trading accountant, commercial real estate brokerage and financial training and consulting for corporations. The good news is that you do not need to spend years learning, reading and researching, because this program is a culmination of the very best information I found combined with my experience that will take only a few hours to learn.

This is the right program for you if you:

If you are wondering why you have not learned this before, it is unlikely that you would have seen this type of product that offers an affordable and convenient way to learn such a culmination of information about investing. That is exactly why I decided to create it; to help investors who are where I was 5, 10 or even 23 years ago. The material touches on mindset and alternative investing, but it is primarily focused on core investing topics that everyone can use, whether they want to self manage or use a financial advisor. This course is the step you take before you make or change that investing decision, so you have the information to make the RIGHT decision.

You may be thinking that you just do not have the time to learn all of this. One of the best things about this course is that you have three options for learning this material, and you can chose the way that best fits into your schedule and your learning style.

First, you can simply download and listen to the course while exercising or commuting. This is my favorite way to learn, although this leads me to the second method for using the course; you can listen to it, but take notes on the topics that you know you will want to re-enforce right away. The third way to learn is the old fashioned way, by reading the print version with a highlighter in hand. I have made this as easy as possible to fit into your schedule.

Don’t worry, if you are new to downloading there will be very specific instructions for you to follow.

You may feel that you should not spend the money right now on a course when you can just go buy some books and read them. This is certainly an option. My experience with investing books has been a little like raising my children; I did know not know how to do it until it was too late. In the same way, often I discovered a book or the investing method I learned in a book just wasn’t right for me or didn’t work until after I had already bought and read half of the book, or worse, invested some money in the method being promoted; by then, I had invested time and possibly money. This course pulls everything together and gives you the basic knowledge you need to move forward quickly and concisely.

If I added the expense of the books, seminars and courses I have gathered knowledge from over the years, it would be certain to equal well over $60,000. Consider that if you have money in a fund or under private management, you are probably spending at least 1.5% each and every year in expenses. On a $100,000 portfolio, that equates to $1,500 annually; on a $1,000,000 portfolio, it equals $15,000 annually. That is “after tax money” that is being taken right out of your investment returns, assuming that there are positive returns from those investments, otherwise the fees come from your savings or capital.

I want to make sure that you are getting all of the information that you need to feel confident with your investing knowledge, so for a limited time I am providing a bi-monthly Question and Answer call for 2 months following your purchase.

This will allow you plenty of time to listen to the course, process and act on the information and know what your questions are. You will receive the phone number and time to call in as soon as you purchase the course. If you cannot be on the call live, no worries, as you can email your questions in ahead and the calls will be available afterward for download so you can listen to them on your own schedule.

Here is what all is included in the course:

The entire course in print form that you can download and print
7 – mp3 audio downloads ( about 5 hours total; 1 audio for each step to make it simple)
An Investing Guide to take you through each step of the program and make it easy for you to create and implement your plan
A Homework booklet so that you will get the maximum benefit from the material and help retain the material for years to come
A Quiz and Answer guide for each chapter to ensure that you have learned the material from each section before moving forward.
An excel spreadsheet with formulas you can use as a template for your own investments
Risk Check List outlining the 9 types of risk and strategies for lowering each type
Additional handouts to support you in learning the main ideas and concepts in the course
Access to 2 Question and Answer group phone calls with Camille each month for 2 months after your purchase to answer any questions you may have about the course material

Just how does all of this work?

Everything will be available as soon as you sign up for the course so that you can download the material and course content and begin today. You could literally work your way through the entire course over the next few days, although I recommend one to two steps each week, depending on what works best for you.

You may be thinking that this all sounds great, but that this is all going to cost $2,000! If you reduce your management fees by a small amount there is a good chance you will much more than pay for the $297 investment in this course that should make a lifetime difference in your ability to invest your money. And every time in the future that you have new money to invest or a new product you are considering, you will be able to invest wiser.

Not only this, the next time your brokerage statement arrives, you will open it with anticipation because you will understand what your investment is doing and you will be prepared to make an empowered change if required. The next time the topic turns to investing at a dinner party or business meeting, you will confidently contribute to that conversation, and the next time the stock market drops you will feel more in control of your money because you learned about what moves the stock market, both up and down, and what your alternatives are for reducing your risk.

I completely guarantee this course because I know it has the potential to help you become a more confident investor as long as you participate in the course and complete the materials. But, just in case you don’t agree, you have a full month from the date of purchase for me to fully refund your investment. There aren’t many things in the world of investing that are as risk free as that!

Let me think of any more questions you may have.

Q: What does download mean?

A: It is a way to transfer information over the internet. You will follow the directions for downloading which will ask you to click on a link (a phrase or little picture on your computer) you receive. When you do that, the information is transferred (downloaded) to your computer where you can then use it; print it for printed materials, or listen to it for the audios. You can also “download” it to a hand held device so you can listen to it when you are not at your computer.

Q: What if I already use a financial advisor and I do not want to change?

A: That is great; you will know what you need to know to confirm your decision, how to better utilize the services she provides, and have more meaningful and informative meetings with her.

Q: What if I have never taken a downloadable course before?

A: I think this will be the first of many distance learning courses you take once you see how convenient and affordable they are. You should be able to download the material without any problems by following the instructions if you have very basic computer skills and either listen to or read the materials.

Q: What equipment do I need for the phone calls?

A: A regular phone line or cell phone works for the calls.

Q: What if I do not have time for homework?

A: The homework should not take too much of your time and should greatly enhance your ability to remember the material. Everyone learns differently, and much of the homework is designed for “hands on” learning. Completing the Investing Guide will take a little more time. It is designed to help you really define what you want and the steps you will take to get it. You may take the course without these steps, but you will benefit more if you do them. Alternatively, you can take in the course information, and set a time to complete the Investing Guide at a future date.

Q: What if I do not pass the quiz?

A: The quiz is strictly a way for you to make sure you got the information you needed. I suggest going back over the material and taking it again, or looking up the answers you missed in the content of the course.

Q: My spouse manages our money. Will I benefit from this course?

A: This is one of the best reasons to take this course! First, it will help get you two on the same page to set and reach your financial goals. Second, you are going to feel smarter about your investments, and who doesn’t like that? Third, in the event of an illness or lifestyle change, you will be able to easily step in and take over because you learned during a “normal” time of your life. You will also have the course materials whenever you need a refresher.

Q: What if I do not know how to use Excel for the spreadsheet?

A: You can create a spreadsheet the old fashioned way on paper or with any other accounting software you already know how to use using the format I provide .
